The tasks for Multi-Tenant Company Administration are:

  • Create a new Company with these details
    • Company Name & Contact
    • Their primary email domain
    • A Data Guardian (email address)
    • An administrator login id & password – to be passed to the end-user
    • Set the method for getting Journal Mail from that Company
    • If journal mail is sent via SMTP, then add the sending  ‘server’ names
    • Set any IP access restrictions
    • Any Additional Configuration – using the standard administrative area

New Companies/Tenants are added via the Super User account type.
