A welcome email is sent by the Cyren Cloud security Platform to the newly defined Administrator each time a new Customer is defined in the Partner Console.
This email provides information on how new Administrators can set their Admin Console password. It also includes the URL to use in order to login and manage the Web, Email and DNS Security services.
Once the Administrator logs in to the Admin Console via the URL link, a standard login window appears. This window will also appear for all additional Admin users that are added to the service by the first Admin user.
If necessary, the Administrator can click Forgot your password? This will open a window, which enables you to enter your email address. You will then receive an email with instructions for resetting the password.
