Access to certain features depends on how the application is deployed, and how the system administrator sets the user permissions.

The Dashboard page provides a quick and easy overview of the current status of the security incidents and the total threats detected by Cyren in the entire system, the threat type, whether it is an email or web attack, and what action was taken to prevent the attack.

This information is especially useful for the administrators/ IT managers who are responsible for the preventing internet attacks.

Some organizations have service level agreements (SLAs) that define the maximum amount of time a security incident can remain open.
