The file AdSyncStatus.xml located in the Cyren AdSyncAgent folder under the program files directory includes log messages for the AdSync agent activities.

The following table includes different errors and warnings that may appear in the AdSyncStatus.xml when using the AD synchronization agent.

Check a line before in the AD Agent log

And see what the actual query from the AD was, and consult the Cyren Support team via support@cyren.com ,with this information and the {0} of the current message
